Al Gore's Home in Tenn

I just received an e-mail circulating called a Tale of Two Houses with a picture of Gore's home in Tenn compared to a picture of Bush's home in TX. I was shocked by the energy consumption of his home!!! I voted for Al Gore before but if this is true about the energy consumption in his own house, I don't think I could vote for him again. This info was confirmed on Snopes. Is there ANY explanation that would justify such blatant hypocracy and energy drain????

The funny thing about that email that I got is this: Gore runs a huge international database from his home so...it's not actually just a home. AND he's had to fight the neighbors every inch of the way to BE energy efficient in his neighborhood.

Monkey Boy runs his bicycle and clears brush from his home. In that email, they also failed to show his mansion in Maine, too: http://hoover.archives.gov/exhibits/cottages/manorborn/gwbush.html I doubt much happens there.
