State petitions to get Gore on the ballot

Does someone know the process for each state, along with an url? This would be good info to get out there.

There's a group called America for Gore which is attempting to link the state Draft Gore groups at the national level, but they have not yet launched their website (it's supposed to be up during the next week or so). You might send them an email with your suggestion.
