New York For Gore
Dear Al Gore Supporter and Friend,
Do you think Al Gore is out the race? Think again.
This is how Al Gore said "No" in 2003 on 60 Minutes: "I've decided that I will not be a candidate for president in 2004 ... And I found that I've come to closure on this. I don't think it's the right thing for me to be a candidate in 2004."
This is not what Al Gore is saying now. Though he continues to assert that he has no plans to be a candidate, plans can change and there is still time to make an entry into the race. Petitioning hasn't even started and filing is more than a month away.
But he cannot run for office unless he is on the New York State ballot.
Please consider collecting as little as 25 signature by going to www.NewYorkForGore.com and downloading the petitions and instructions. You can help put Al Gore on the New York Ballot with just a few moments of your time. (Hint: Bring these petitions to your office or favorite organization, after October 30th, and you might find that it takes only a few minutes to collect 25 signatures.)

Be part of the Draft Gore '08 campaign!

Come on, all you New York Gore people!!
I'm tired of hearing about the folks who just love Gore, who can't wait to work for him, etc., etc. but don't do anything but talk, talk, talk.
Well, here is THE opportunity for New York Gore people. We can get Gore on the New York primary ballot with just 5,000 signatures on the petition. There are only a couple of weeks to go and we are WAY WAY below 5,000. PLEASE, let's not embarrass ourselves (and Gore) like Michigan did last month by failing to get the required number of signatures (they needed 10,000 and gathered only 2,000 signatures).
Go to NewYorkForGore.com (link in the above post) for easy instructions and the petition to print out.
Let's go! I don't want to be mortified! 5,000 is such a small number!
