electric motor that requires 2000-3000 watts and output @200 hp and 600 lb of torque at 1000 rpm

I know it sounds unrealistic and defies physics, but i represent a company that is finishing a prototype motor that runs on @ 2000-3000 watts and is putting out @200 horsepower and 600 lb of torque at 1000 rpm. please reply for any further details.
