It's a rotten, lousy system to choose a candidate

If you can raise a million dollars a day, you too can be president. If your husband was president for eight years you should run and talk about how you are going to "Change" things. Anyone can make it in the USA right? If you're the son of a president or the spouse of a former president why not?
The primary system we have is pathetic. There should be one day when all the states vote in a first round for a number of candidates, then we should have a run off with the top three vote getters. The whole process can be completed in one month. What a laughing stock our "democracy" has become.
Let's have a brokered convention and settle on a Gore Obama ticket.
