Attention Move-On Members: Vote for Al!
Posted November 2nd, 2007 by theettLike DFA, Move-On is doing a poll.
Most of the survey asks about members' enthusiasm to work on different issues (e.g., no attacking Iran without Congressional authorization, universal health care, impeachment).
The last question asks who you're now supporting for president. Al Gore is not listed as a choice, but if you click on "Other" you can write in his name.
Move-On members: when you get an e-mail asking you to participate in the survey (I got mine about 3 hours ago), click the link and write in this year's Nobel Peace Prize winner.
"Vote" for Gore on the NY Times website
Posted May 22nd, 2007 by theettThe New York Times has a mostly favorable review of Al Gore's new book.
Right now, the book review is the fourth most e-mailed article on the NY Times website. Let's make it number 1! Go to the article here:

Encouraging Caucus Results
Posted March 14th, 2007 by theettMy local club -- the Democratic Club of the Conejo Valley in Thousand Oaks, California -- held an Iowa-style caucus tonight. We talked, cajoled, electioneered, and even argued a little. At the end of the night, we voted by splitting into groups for our favorite candidates. And the results were surprisingly positive . . . .
Despite not having launched a campaign or raised any money, Al Gore finished second in the voting: Edwards 15, Gore 10, Obama 9, Clinton 4, and Richardson 2.
Best of all was how easy it was to persuade people to support Gore. My pitch was not complicated.
Can Al Gore win the first caucus?
Posted March 12th, 2007 by theettIt's just a straw poll, but my Democratic Club is holding an Iowa-style caucus this Wednesday night. Club members will try to convince other club members to support their candidate and a head-count will be taken at the end of the night.
Help Senator Boxer thank Al Gore
Posted March 8th, 2007 by theettSenator Barbara Boxer has sent an e-mail to supporters saying she is "so pleased that Vice President Gore has accepted my invitation to testify before the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee on March 21st! And I want you to help me give him the warmest welcome possible."
