For years there has been speculation that we, the people were misled about the events surrounding 9/11 and the subsequent lead up to the war in Iraq.
I have a couple of clips here that I would like to share. THIS is part of the reason that we need someone with accountability in the office of president. The other options, as we have seen, are CRIMINAL.
Watch the expression on GW's face when he is told that 'we are under attack'. It doesn't seem to change at all. Could it be that he knew it was coming?

I'm not the only one asking these questions.
Could it be that the entire event had nothing to do with Al-Qaida and everything to do with the quest for money? And how long before another event like this, given the passage of his new security directive, gives GW absolute power. Impeachment appears to be our only recourse. Don't give the bastards the chance to suspend elections and rob us of our chance to have a reasonable man in office.

The real fact is that outgoing National Security Advisor Sandy Berger told Condie Rice that "al-Qaida was the biggest threat to National Security and would be taking up the majority of her time". Condie being efficient, thorough, and eager to please the President wrote a paper on al-Qaida after months of work and handed it to the President, who flew into a rage and threw it back at her and said " I'll tell you what our security concerns are". That was in July. What bothers me the most however is that when Kobar Towers were bombed by al-Qaida, the Saudis refused to cooperate with the F.B.I. However, the day after 911, over 100 Saudis were flown back to Saudi Arabia without being questioned, even though the terrorists were all Saudi Citizens! Meanwhile Senators could not even get a flight. I realized in 1991 how close our country had become with Saudi Arabia when I touched down on Tinker Air Force base in Oklahoma and saw a brand new advanced Airborne radar plane called the AWACS complete with Saudi lettering, words, and insignia identifying it as Saudi Property. I was dumbfounded, and could not believe my eyes!

You should not be wondering. It would take a conspiracy theorist to believe the government version of events, which are outrageous to believe.
You should read the PNAC documents. PNAC The project for a new amercian century was founded by the neocons -- the very same ones in the Bush administration. In their own words, they specifiy that the US will require an attack on the scale of peral harbor in order to justify war in the middle east. They make it clear that the US must take control over the ME in order to remain a super power. They are correct in their thinking. after all, our almight military is not very effective without oil.
We should not be shy about discussing 911. I know it makes some people uncomfortable. But there is little or no discussion about 911 in the public arena. If someone does challenge what happened on 911, they are attacked viciously and are not allowed to even ask questions.
