Alternative to Obama & Hillary- Al Gore as a "dark horse" in the DNC decision

Since neither Obama or Hillary at this time, NOT achieved the required number of delegates to be the democratic Presidential Candidate, Democrats should pick a "dark horse" to break the impasse. AL GORE is the answer ! The presidency in 2000 was his, BUT was cheated out of it due to Jeb Bush. Then he rose above this by being a Nobel Prize , as well as Oscar winner. He is a passionate environmentalist for so many years, AND had the experience of 8 years VICE Presidency- 1992-2000. Who would not vote for him ?
PLEASE..( americans are still male chauvinists , and would rather go for color rather than the female gender) be SENSIBLE and choose Gore...who will certainly beat the pants off McCain.
Obama lacks the experience. I would rather go for someone ( tried, tested, and was a war hero) like McCain than Obama. He is virtually unknown...and could be worst. Better go for what we know than someone we still have to discover. The world needs "REALITY" NOT dreams, etc.

"REALITY" NOT dreams?
As much as I personally like Al Gore and appreciate all of his wonderful qualities, he has decided that he does not want to play the game of electoral politics again at this time. And who can blame him the way he was treated by the media last time around.
Not to be too argumentative, I would like to put forth the idea that humanity has overdosed a bit on fear and reality in recent years and needs to be set free from pressing worldly concerns for a while, to learn how to dream again. It is the dreamers and visionaries that are sorely lacking in todays world. Managers, lawyers and political hacks are all to common in this era and humanity needs something larger and more inspiring to lead us to the next level. Of the choices available to the American public this time, Obama comes closest to filling the bill.
Have heart, don't cling to old failed politics and especially old failed politicians.
