It is unclear what Casey is up to but he has certainly not earned any credibility in climate research.

Now, the science here is VERY NEW and of course it's a theory, it could be off or it could be totally wrong.

But the "little ice age" that happened during our nation's birth is factual. Very few sunspots for many years.."Maunder Minimum".

So, even though we would still be putting out excess Carbon Dixoxide there would still be less energy coming from the Sun and winters would be colder for a period of years.
