Will There be Progress in Iraq?
Will the war in Iraq be overcome under a Democrat or under a Republican White House? All said and done, aggressive and quick solutions are necessary for the future of the middle east. It is as though the surge in our military force has left us more divided and even weakened. There is no place for a weakened nation in the theatre of war especially with such a divided government. In consideration of Barak OBama and John McCain, could the breakdown between the two parties lead to greater problems in the future. It would appear to be true. With OBama's lack of experience, and McCain's lack of popularity within his own party, there is too much room for this match to become a political folly. It would be fair to say that the future of the Iraq War would be better off without an election, and that the time we spend dividing our country in a partisan dispute is more time wasted in indecision overseas. It is too bad that our president will not listen as well as he should. Our country is a sophisticated, well oiled machine, and it should be regarded as such. With the proper leadership and the right decisions the world can be a better place. The conservative platform of the current White house has been a disadvantage to our nation, and it will leave us in the wrong position as a future superpower. Our country needs dynamic leadership that is not brutal and dictatorial, leadership that is considerate as well as aggressive and dominant.
