Aug. 21 (Bloomberg) -- The Bush administration violated U.S. law by failing to produce a study on the impact of global warming and must issue a summary by March, a federal judge ruled.

There's been some hype since Faux reported yesterday that recent changes to the NASA GISS global climate project undermines global warming claims. Last night I found the email address of the GISS project's lead scientist, Dr. Jim Hansen, and wrote him an email, posted below, along with his response this morning. As you see, once again, there is no foundation under Faux's card-house of lies.
