While we are all very excited about the Oscar-winning "An Inconvenient Truth", we must look beyond the environment when considering the global benefit of an Al Gore presidency. Our tarnished international image will affect the United States negatively for generations to come if we do not elect a president with proven foreign-policy experience. Among the slate of current candidates (Dem or Rep), there is none with the hard-won experience and tested diplomatic skill on the international stage that Al Gore possesses.
