Earth Day a Big Success for San Diego Al Gore Group
Wow! What a day! We met so many new friends today at Balboa Park. Earth Day in San Diego was a huge success. 737 people signed the petition urging Al Gore to run for President. In addition, another 400 of the more-reluctant-to-sign, were given small business cards with information of how to sign the petition and join our group on-line. Many people just wanted to express their support and loyalty to Al Gore. Many did not know that AlGore.org existed and were visibly excited to find out that we were there. Air America radio enthusiasticly endorsed our work while interviewing us on air. Bruce Bigelow, a San Diego Union-Tribune writer also interviewed us for a piece to appear in the Monday, April 23 edition of San Diego's major newspaper. Thanks a million to everyone who worked so hard to make this event happen. Thanks to Kathy, Amy, Gabe, Linda and Ben for working the long hours in the booth. Thanks to Gabe for all the work your doing on our new websites. Thanks to Karen Wunderman for all your support and guidance. Thanks to Jim Tate...you're a life saver! Jim you are truly making a difference. What an exciting day it was! Remember: "Save the White House. Save the World."

Great Report. Great accomplishments
Wow. You all seemed to have a great event. Congratulations. How exciting. You reached so many in your event. Thank you ,
Thanks, we in San Diego are excited too.
Our organizer, "gayhart", is a superstar and a great motivater, who has energized some members who are also very skilled and dedicated. You've just seen the beginning of what we're gonna accomplish under his leadership.
I'm sure he'd be eager to share his ideas with you too, as would I.
Are you in Santa Fe? I had the the great pleasure of working on the DNC Voter Protection Squad in Albuquerque in 2004, working closely with the Dem Unity Campaign there. I loved it there.
Your governor is also one of my three leading second choices, if all this work does not convince Al to run.
