Finishing Hillary Clinton

I know Barack Obama wants to run a positive campaign. But, I believe it is time to finish her with one talking point that can be perceived as negative. We all know that Hillary Clinton can't be trusted.

Obama will be the next leader of the Democratic Party. It is time to start leading by giving your supporters the tool/talking point we can use when we are talking with our friends.

The fascinating thing about trust is that a marriage cannot survive without trust; if a person is trying to win a court case & the star witness is a proven liar, the likelihood of that person winning a case is slim; if a person lies on his or her job application, he or she will not get the job.

Why is it okay for our President nominee to be a full blown liar?

I know our friends Eddie the moderator & ArtyGreen4Gore, who are Hillary supporters, would not entrust their retirement plans to a broker they could not trust. So, why do they want us to support Hillary "the proven liar" Clinton?

They conduct themselves as if it will be an easy task defending stories like this one.

The Clintons lie when they do not have to lie.

The Clintons lie like they get pleasure out of lying.

Bill has already proven that he will put his hand on the Bible & lie with God as his witness, why continue trusting them?

The Clintonistas conveniently ignore the lies. Should their supporters not be trusted?

What do we do when the repugs start claiming that we should not be trusted because we are flocking in support of the proven liars?

How do we explain away the lies to our peers?

All Barack Obama has to do is add one negative aspect to his campaign; Hillary cannot be trusted, then we will follow his lead with vigor.

If Barack Obama add this one negative aspect to his campaign, the only place Hillary could go is on faux news & not have questions asked like, do you think you have a problem with telling the truth?

The goal is to drive her negatives up faster than she can drive up Obama's negatives, in the eyes of the voters & super delegates.

Yesterday, Obama secured the support of 4 superdelegates (Reps. Henry Waxman, Jim McDermott and Howard Berman and Larry Cohen (CWA DNC)), 1 pledged delegate in North Carolina (because of updated vote tallies in the state) and 7 pledged delegates that had previously supported John Edwards. That means that the number for Obama to secure a majority of pledged delegates has gone down from 25 to 17. And the number Obama needs to secure the nomination is 121.5.

The Math

Total Pledged Delegates: 3,253

Pledged Delegates needed for a majority of pledged delegates: 1,627

Total delegates needed for nomination: 2,025

Edwards Pledged Delegates who are now Obama Delegates:7

Obama Pledged Delegates:1,603

Obama Super Delegates: 293.5

Obama Total Delegates:1,903.5

Delegates Obama needs for a majority of pledged delegates: 17

Obama need to secure the Democratic nomination: 121.5

Please make some calls and make a donation today and continue the momentum. We're getting close, but we need everyone to continue to be involved if we want to make this thing happen.

UPDATE: Rep Pete Stark just endorsed, making the number of delegates Obama needs to secure the nomination 120.5.

Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz.

WASHINGTON – Sen. John McCain, the de facto Republican presidential nominee, announced today he will attend the national convention of La Raza, a radical Hispanic lobby tied to the movement to reconquer the Southwestern U.S. that was part of Mexico before the Mexican-American War that ended in 1848.

The convention will be held in San Diego July 14.

Though La Raza bills itself as a civil rights organization, the group's name literally means "The Race."

La Raza was condemned in 2006 by Rep. Charles Norwood, R-Ga., as a radical "pro-illegal immigration lobbying organization that supports racist groups calling for the secession of the western United States as a Hispanic-only homeland."

Norwood has called on La Raza to renounce its support of the Movimiento Estudiantil Chicano de Aztlan – which sees "The Race" as part of an ethnic group that one day will reclaim Aztlan, the mythical birthplace of the Aztecs. In Chicano folklore, Aztlan includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and parts of Colorado and Texas.

McCain, who steadfastly opposed efforts to build a fence along the U.S.-Mexican border and supported legislation to permit illegal aliens to remain in the U.S., also announced the launch of his campaign's Spanish language website.

The announcements came on Cinco de Mayo, the day commemorating an 1862 battle fought by Mexican troops.

"Today, we join together to remember the sacrifice that these Mexican patriots endured, as well as the struggles of all those around the world striving for freedom," said McCain in the statement. "We recognize as well the important friendship that exists between our country and Mexico, and celebrate the many contributions Mexican-Americans have made to our society, culture, security and economy."
